Well this is regarding the customer service. I have been disappointed by 2 ultrasound agencies so far thus I started researching for more better places. I had gone to one in Redlands, Ca and to a baby's first u/s in Riverside. Both could not get good pics and just gave up and gave me what they could scrounge together. I spoke to a rep. at babyvisit and she said they don't charge you to come back if no good image is taken. She also said they measure height and weight of fetus which the other 2 did not. I wanted to come in right away after she told me that but she advised me to see them in a month as I just had a 3d u/s the week before. I thought she was refreshingly honest, as most places would not care about the safety of my baby and would have me come in as many times as I wanted to get my money. The rep. at babyvisit told me though there aren't any recorded instances of dangers regarding having too many u/s it would be wise not to do so as the machine can heat up the amniotic fluid. She didn't try to push me into coming in just to make a sale, I really appreciated that. She also said that they have their own special ways of making the baby move if its being uncooperative. At baby'sfirst in Riverside, ca they didn't do that for me. I am definitely going here for my 3d u/s in a couple of weeks as advised by the rep.

Best 4d ultrasound place hands down!. A Baby Visit is absolutely the best 4d ultrasound place around. Everyone I know goes to this place and I can see why they offer a wonderful atmosphere, great 4d ultrasounds and the best 3d photos. My family and I were recommended here and we now know why everyone comes here. We all told the technician we would write a review there are so few places that are so great and not enough people who praise such a great place. Thank you A Baby Visit for the best time we have ever had!

Awesome Time at (A Baby Visit). I am so happy that I chose A Baby Visit to have my 3d 4d ultrasound. The room was so unexpected it was so comfortable and soothing. Our baby was unbelievably clear in 3d he was kicking the probe every time the sono tech moved around my belly. It was so funny that I was laughing and when I laughed my baby actually smiled also I could not believe it. An unreal experience for sure we will be going back if we ever have another baby. We were actually recommended to come here by our good friends, thanks guys.

San Diego's best 4d ultrasound place ever!. This place is absolutely wonderful. I brought the whole family to enjoy my experience with me. Of course the 2 grandmothers were crying as we watched our daughter yawn, smile and have the hiccups. The theater is like no other and the people were wonderful. The sonogram lady was great as she described everything to us. The best 4d experience that I could ask for. We bought the $179 package and also bought a few heartbeat animals for the family. We will be doing our baby shower here also I wouldn't have it any other way I enjoyed every minute of this experience as did my family A++ A Baby Visit! You made us a believer we will recommend highly.

Loved it! Best of the Best!. Oh my! If you are looking for a place who treats you right it is this place. I scheduled my appt about 2hrs prior and went there with my 2 children and husband. I was not sure what to expect especially with my toddlers being with me. All I can say is WOW this place really does it right. Awesome sonographer (i think that is what they call them) she was just to cute telling us all about our baby. I was actually laughing so hard my baby was reacting. As my children were in their playroom my husband and I were able to enjoy every minute of our ultrasound. I am on a mission to tell people about the few places I really love so that others can enjoy also. I can't believe the technology this place has even my husband who I literally had to drag in was laughing and enjoying our little girl! Thank you A Baby Visit I would not have it any other way:)
