Bad service Wedding Night at Ivy Hotel.
We were there for our wedding night. Service is bad. They act like they own the hotel and seem to have a fufu ambiance - very hip, but service is so bad. We were partying on roof top having a great time and I decided to go back to my room to use bathroom and they would not allowed me to go right back into the club. I had to wait in line and found other friends there who had stepped out of the club. Finally after they let other hoochi girls in, they finally let me in and told them to allow my guest to go in with me because whe had just spend over $500 in bottles upstairs and it was my WEDDING NIGHT!!
Also, the cocktails waitress asked for her tip, we told her we were not done and would keep ordering more - it was only 11:30 pm!
Oh yeah and when they brought our car to the front at check out, our car had a flat tire and they refused to have it fix. Once we argued with them and they did fix it we left promising to never return again. By the way it cost them $10 to fix our tire.

Editorial Review.
Downtown's latest hot spot turns up the sex appeal with in-room stripper poles, a sultry night club and the Gaslamp's largest rooftop deck.
