The Purse Addict. In October 2009, owners Les and Janet Ciapponi expanded their San Marcos wholesale handbag warehouse and opened a boutique along Garnet Avenue that is a shopper's dream. Cleverly named, the Purse Addict is an immediate attention getter and the selection lives up to its name.

Every available space in the store offers the latest in handbags, jewelry, scarves, sunglasses, and most recently clothing apparel. It's as if one has been invited to indulge in a fashion guru's personal closet, with bags of every size, shape and color adorning the walls and accessories displayed in various cases. The Purse Addict's selection is every changing; meaning no matter how many times you visit, there is always a chance to purchase the most current trend.

A couch with a table is centered in the middle of the store creating a welcoming and casual vibe. The table is lined with beautiful clutches and wallets. While the selection comes from frequent visits to national trade shows , it also carries works from area and international designers. Currently, the front counter displays artistically designed bracelets from France as well as 100% leather purses from a designer in Temecula.
