Short Sale Kurt is For Real!. We were one of the many who purchased a home in the height of the market and needed to get out. short sale kurt' was recommended to us through some friends who also had a great experience with them. Kurt walked us through the short sale process, letting us know what to expect and who we should talk to before we decide to go this route. Our Agent was Nicole Furlong and she did an outstanding job! The process to get approval and sell our home took quite a while, but to no fault of this company. (we were one of the first people to go through one of the new government programs) Actually I can say with confidence that it is because of Nicole, and her DAILY calls to stay on top of our lame bank ;) that we closed as soon as we did. She pushed our file through the banks endless hoops and stayed on top of what was needed - she was easy to get a hold of (even while on vacation!) and always returned calls and emails in a timely manner. She was knowledgeable in this process and gave great insight into decision making.

Kurt Wannebo's Team is the BEST!. I was thoroughly pleased with SDRE&I. They guided me through the whole process of selling my condo. They gave me expert advise, were very responsive to my inquiries and needs through the process. Felicia Jerbasi was my direct agent and she was the utmost professional. Her communication skills were immediately responsive, never leaving me feeling left in the dark. The time it took to sell the condo was longer than I had hoped but their predictions of the process was spot on. Bottom line, I would recommend San Diego Real Estate and Investments to anyone!

My Family Survived - Short Sale Helped!!!. Many, many thanks to Kurt and Nicole. From our first meeting I knew Kurt was very knowledgeable and was going to help me. I had tried using another Realtor that runs TV ads and last name begins with a 'B'. But he was no help, it really seemed he just took the listing. Promised me success and did nothing. Nicole is a superstar! Honestly we spoke a lot. She always kept me up to date on the short sale. She too was very knowledgeable and really easy to work with. I would highly recommend SDREI!! In fact I've already referred my close friend to Kurt. Also, Kurt referred me to a Realtor in AZ that helped me short sale my investment property. THANKS AGAIN!!!!!

Kurt Wannebo is the real deal!. I found Kurt Wannebo on-line and called him for his free phone consultation and I am so glad I did! We needed to short sale our house and I had interviewed scores of realtors and brokers and was very frustrated with their lack of knowledge and experience in short sales. Kurt's extensive knowledge and experience in the short sale process is unbeatable and I learned more from a 1 hour consult with him than in all my previous research. Thank goodness we found Kurt and his team! Every interaction I had with them was professional. If they said they would do something or call us at a certain time they did. Kurt also has professional contacts to help in making the decision to short sale from loan modification specialists, tax advisors, and lawyers. I was able to quickly assess that moving ahead with a short sale was in our best interest. Once we decided to move forward with Kurt and his team, I also had the pleasure of working with Felicia Jerbasi and Becky Bensussen. Kudos to Kurt!!. Kurt has proven to be an extremely ethical professional in the field of Real Estate most particularly in Short Sales. Even though this has become a difficult time for the industry, Kurt managed to continue to thrive and provide his clients with the excellent short sale services they deserve.
