The massage was very focused, addressed my exact needs -- muscle tension on my hamstrings and glutes. The therapy was spot on. The practitioner nailed my session. I was so happy for the service I received. Thank you very much for an effective treatment!!!

Karlie is the very best therapist I have ever had at any spa. She is always excellent and really works hard. She doesn't talk or disturb me and is quiet while she works and gives wonderful massages.

I'm new to massage but have been reading about its health benefits. I've had my gift card since Mother's Day last year and was always self conscious about letting someone massage me. When I finally got the courage I wanted to make the appointment ASAP so that I wouldn't let another several months go by. I was a little nervous about the masseur being a male but Charles was extremely prodfessional and I felt entirely comfortable the entire time. He was quiet like I asked for but would check in with me every now and then to make sure he was meeting my requests. He got out knots I didn't even know I had. I felt extremely well relaxed and generally good even now two days later. He was fabulous.

Before giving me a full massage, my therapist worked on my back and focused in on all areas that were tight that I didn't even realize. Was very unexpected but was very well done and very relaxing.

Liz concentrated on areas of concern, making sure "not too hard" or "not too soft". Insured I was comfortable many times. Very important: Always had a smile in her voice.

Jenny made my experience wonderful, she was friendly asked if the pressure she was using was ok, she did more massage on both of my arches when I asked her too, it was a very soothing, relaxing experience, thank you for having such a wonderful person o your staff.
