Finally a Prop. Mngmnt. Co. That Does Their Job!. I own two rental properties in La Jolla that I was managing myself. One is a long term rental and the other is a vacation rental. Two years ago, I decided it was too much of a headache to manage these properties and decided to look for a property management company to take care of the properties. After going through 3 different companies, I FINALLY found a company that does their job!!!! Harland Property Management is professional, curteous, and honest. They are prompt in responding to maintenance issues, they are professional when working with tenants (I have only received positive comments from my tenants), and quick to find new tenants for me. Most important, they are honest! They do not charge petty fees or over-charge for maintenance issues. I am so glad I found a property management company that actually does what they are supposed to do!

Good stuff. I used to be a property manager but focus on selling real estate now, so I referred a few friends to Harland Property Management. They've informed me Harland is professional and prompt, and are extremely happy with the level of service provided, which made me happy since good referrals reflect on me also.

They know their business. We have several investment properties around San Diego. We made the decision last year to hand them over to a professional management company. It was the best decision we could have made. Kayvon, our manager has helped us save money and fill vacancies. We now have a budget in place and have eliminated the stress of having to deal with property maintenance issues. Thank you it finally now feels like it made sense to buy all these properties over the past years....
