If you want it done right... go here, period.. Just understand that there are others who have discovered this too and they are probably ahead of you already. You will be greeted, your customer info and needs recorded and given an idea of how long of a wait (and even how many customers) lye ahead of you. Very fair.

Once they get your vehicle, it will look like a Nascar military exercise. Things are laid out and attended in a formal and efficient manner. From laying out new tires at each corner, removal and stacking of each wheel's trim and hardware, mounting and balancing, installation and torquing and confirmation of torque specs. It'stight ship with a bunch of jargon between the crew members that is well laid out.

Okay, so there's no big screen tv's and no one brings you coffee in a 'too-tight' blouse. While that'd be nice, the point is to get you out of there quickly, right?

I've been there a few times and had the same experience each time. Now if all you other people would just go away so I can get in and out even faster

Service Could Not Be Better. I am still in a state of shock. I needed a new set of tires today and a department store that sells tires just couldn't be bothered with me. I drove over to Discount and was met by the most friendly, knowledgeable staff you would want to me. I left 30 minutes later with a new state of tires, a smile on my face, and the feeling that I would be doing business with these people in the future!
