The worst property management company. This Father/son management company has the worst track record. You are admonished to look for a better company. they are both incompetent, do not represent the interests of their clients well, and will actually try to refund security deposit monies to your tenant who damaged your property.

They do not communicate well, and will not follow direction after you have admonished them not to do something. Even after being fired, they will both do what they want and work against your interests. They are in my opinion the worst property management company in San Diego.
