WARNING! STAY AWAY!. I cannot believe that a company can survive with such a horrible service. They said they would come to fix my dishwasher and never showed up, left me waiting for them. I called them and they said that to avoid the trip just to give them the model number and they knew what part to order, without even looking at it! They said they would call back to make an appointment to fix it. A week later they never called so I called to check on the status and the receptionist didn't have any information, I called three days in a row and she still didn't know anything! Finally I called after hours and a jerk named Ed answered the phone and was very very rude to me, he said he had no idea who I was after it was him who I sopke to last week and who told me was going to order the part! He hung up on me and I didn't realize it so I called again and he said STOP CALLING MY BUSINESS! and hung up on me again! He made me waste two weeks and left me from zero. Then I found this other review and realized I am not the only one he has done this to. For your own good stay away from this business just as he requested.

SD's WORST Appliance Repair Co.. This company is one of the worst I have ever had to deal with. Said they would call when the part came in...approx 1 week. After two weeks I had to call to follow up....I had to do this on 3 different occasions. Had an appointment for "Ed" the owner to come out to install the new part....No call - No show. When I called to find out why no one showed up, "Ed" was extremely rude and hung up. I lodged a complaint at Frigidaire and they referred me to another warranty co. that was professional, on time and took care of the problem. I wonder how "Ed's" company is still in business with their absolutely terrible customer service....probably won't be for long. If you want frusteration, headaches and a idiot to deal with then call Martins, If not call someone else.
