Not a Great Experience. First, I will give them credit on a cool & clean shop. But our experience wasn't so great. We scheduled my husband an appointment to get our son's name done. After driving 30 minutes to get there, we find out they double booked the appointment & couldn't get him in. They offered him an appointment the next day, but it didn't work for us. We got our deposit back, but were highly disappointed. We would have appreciated a phone call before we wasted our time and gas money. They also didn't seem to care much- it was kinda a sorry about your luck thing. We won't be going back or giving high reviews to anyone.
