check your credit card receipts!. Been there once and will never go back. Went to lunch w/ my 2 girlfriends. First off, it took forever to get our drinks we ordered- it was actually a bottle of wine and when it comes of course it's the wrong one. Food was ok but not great- AND super expensive.

To top off my experience, I'm the type who compares my signed customer copy of my credit card receipts w/ my online statement and sure enough- and this has happened only two other times in my life- this time, I was overcharged once again. It was only $4.99 we are talking about but it's the principal of it as I gave our average waitress a better tip than I should have in the first place- and now she takes additional money?? In my attemps to resolve this- unlike the other 2 times in my life I had to do this and the manager actually cared and resolved the issue immediately- at PB Ale House the first 2 times I called I was told by the hostess that a manager would be calling back/that they were in interviews, etc. Never got a call back. I call a 3rd time and then manager answers the phone that time and told me he would hopefully call me back by end of day, that he would check into it. I let 2 days go by before I call back and sure enough the manager told me he still hadn't gotten to it yet and that he's still digging through lots of receipts. Well- that was 7 days ago now- I think their plan is to ignore/wear me out so that I'll just forget about it. Not so much.
