Bad Escrow Officer. The company itself was not bad. They seemed to be organized and the deal closed OK. They charged quite a bit and tacked on all kinds of b.s. fees. One was $275 for short sale document review, which was ridiculous. The part I am most disappointed about is the person I worked with, Audrey Bankhead. She disrespected me and I would never work with them again. I asked her about all these fees and wanted to understand what they were, and why I was being charged them. At one point during the conversation, she told me she was very busy and had other people she had to talk to. I am the buyer. I am sure part of their salaries come from the closing costs that I pay. I had to dish out an extra $1000 of closing costs to cover the seller, since they were not allowed to contribute to the closing costs b/c of the short sale.

When Audrey wanted info from me, she was very polite and kind. But when I wanted to get info from her, she was extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional.
