Best Water Damage Restoration company in San Diego - hands down! I have multiple rental properties in San Diego with the old Qwest poly plumbing pipes. Needless to say, I have had my fair share of water damage over the years. I recently encountered Gold Coast Flood Restorations and WOW what a difference. I check them out on the BBB and they are A+ rated. They are also rated well on CitySearch and the highest rated on Angie's List.

They helped me with the latest flood at my rental that was pretty significant. It was a nightmare for me that they turned into a positive. The short story is that they came in and saved the day. My unit suffered significant damage and needed extensive repairs. They worked with my insurance company to get everything covered. WOW. I have a brand new looking unit and it only cost me my $500 deductible. WOW!!!!! Thank you so much Joe, Mike and Kurt!!!! You guys are amazing at what you do and are such a valuable resource to this City.

I highly recommend the guys at Gold Coast Flood and hope that you will give them a shot if you have water damage or mold at your home or rental property.

I would like to take this moment to thank the entire office staff and work crew who worked on our claim.

I have tried to make sure I personally thanked each and every member who worked with us on this job but if I have left anyone out I would like to make sure you all know how greatly I appreciate all of your hard work, committment and patience during this clean up project.

I can not speak highly enough of the clean up crew from the very first night with Mr. Pat and the young men that were with him. I never felt so taken care of and supported by a company ever!

I can not say enough about the character of each and every employee and how they were there to help the entire time, not just the first few days but the entire length of the project!

This was a stressful time, Christmas & company arriving the night of the flood, and a party had to be canceled - quite a bit of stress for the tenants and myself, but thankfully it was only a flood and no one was hurt, and things got taken care of...

Thank you, thank you, thank you, for your wonderful supportive employees and for all the hard work especially during the craziness of that first night clean up and throughout all the restoration/decision making.

Without a doubt I would highly recommend your company to anyone especially in an emergency situation.

Fastest Water Clean Up Saved Our Property. Gold Coast Flood provided the fastest service around. Our rental property had extensive water damage from a bad roofing job and we had no idea until our new renter with asthma had an attack. It was so scary to deal with and our renters were in limbo thanks to this mess. Luckily Gold Coast was there to clean it all up. They were efficient and so knowledgeable. They kept my renters calm and informed which saved us from losing our renters. We are so thankful to Joe (the owner) and his team, Brian and Mike, for taking great care and precaution with our property.

Gold Coast Flood Restorations. They did a great job and provided me with the best service. I had a problem with a pipe in my bathroom leaking. They quickly solved the problem. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again in the future.

Great Water Damage Service in San Diego. We have used Gold Coast Flood Restorations on several occasions at CB Richard Ellis and found them to be responsive, cost effective and professional. Gold Coast Flood Restorations is also very proactive in that they send e-mails to their clients on holidays, holiday weekends and during rain storms to let their clients know they are available to assist as may be needed. I really enjoy a partnership with them in times of need!

Best San Diego Water Damage Company!!!!!!!. QUICK!

I called and had a big box truck at my house in 25 minutes!

They came out and took care of small leak that came from my water heater.

Quick, courteous, professional service. Even during an exceptionally busy time of flooding, they came out and took care of our plumbing leak. I feel they've gone above and beyond to be sure to be sure there is no mold or any residual damage. Great company and great leadership.
