Poor Service.
I went to the Store, for the first time, asking to add a line to my account, which I have for 4.5 years already.
Jason, sales representative (I guess), it took him about 5 min to understand what I needed and to tell me that he couldn't do anything. After I insisted, he checked the system and one more time told me he couldn't do anything. He didn't even tried to help giving a number to call or so, because he was busy talking to his buddy about change of shift, very professional, right?!
I only went there because the account holder had called at&t in advance giving permission for that.
So, I go home, called at&t , get the number to call, call the right person and everything works fine after a lot of stress and some poor customer service at the store, which I hope nobody else gets it!!!
