No matter the reason for your call, they always give you their full attention and make sure that the service they can provide you with fully meets your expectations. This was the case when I had to transfer my existing operating system along with all the files and programs to a new computer. After asking me a series of specific questions, they told me exactly what the procedure would be, estimated how long it would take to complete it, and identified any possible glitches that might come up in the process.
