My therapist Maurice has a plan to help me with healing to help me train for the Boston Marathon. Maurice is even going to research some calf stretches & other things to help me. I have scheduled deep tissue massages with Maurice every week during my next 6 weeks of training.

I was somewhat nervous at the thought of starting over with another therapist, after having two really great ones who both have left Massage Envy (Tanna, for over a year, and Gina, for 4-5 months). Also, this was my new therapist's first week at M.E. However, Davina was excellent. She had gone over my chart prior to my visit and immediately asked me about my problem rotator cuff/frozen shoulder issue and if I wanted to solely focus on this. She has a different style than Tanna or Gina, but I actually felt that she (Davina) accomplished more. I booked next month's session with her.

Gina is a wonderful therapist - she focuses on my problem issue (frozen shoulder) and everytime I feel so much better afterwards. Gina has a very upbeat and warm personality and understands psychological issues that lead to stress and joint/shoulder pain.

John gave me stretches at the end of the visit and was very knowledgeable about how to help with my tight muscles.

I went in with extreme hip pain and left without any pain. It's come back a bit but I will make another appointment with Tanna. She had better not ever leave Massage Envy! :)

Joel always listens to my concerns at the beginning of the appointment and addresses these issues during my massage! He is always willing to adjust my massage when I have new areas of concern.
