Very happy. On a recent Saturday morning I read a Wall Street Journal Article reporting that people are selling their old gold jewelry because the price of Gold has skyrocketed. I did a little research on Ask about how scrap gold is priced and found another website with the daily prices of scrap gold. I weighed my old gold jewelry on a postage scale and then headed over to my local jeweler, Roberes. I met with Jonathan Habchi, who was very courteous and provided me with a quote that almost matched my own estimate! The quote was higher and I walked out the store thrilled to have some extra cash for the coming holidays. I read some prior reveiws about customer service at this store and must say that I was greeted warmly and treated with respect. I mentioned that I'd read a few negative comments on this website and I heard Jonathan's side of what happened during Phil M's visit. There are always two sides to a story and I feel that this store deserves a nice comment.

Very happy. Very happy with my experience at Robere's Jewelry. They have done many jewelry and watch repairs for me, as well as designed my wifes birthday pendant. I tell all my friends and family to go see them for any of their jewelry needs.

So happy I found them. Great San Diego Jewelry store! I am so happy I found them. I had some jewelry laying around that I inherited and wanted to get rid of. I took it to a few Jewelry stores for other opinions before selling it to Robere's Jewelry. Right off the bat, I was offered almost $100 more than anywhere else! I am very happy with my experience there and will definately be going back

Can't be any happier.. Great Rolex Service! They did 3 of my Rolex watches and I can't be any happier. The turn around time was fantastic, and the work is amazing. If you own an expensive watch, take it to them for sure. The price is more than reasonable too!

Great experience!. Great experience! Just picked up my new engagement ring today and it fabulous. I had them re design a setting for my diamond. I was able to see a rendering of it before it was even started! Anyways, after about 2 weeks it was finished. And its amazing. Hey really do amazing work. The total price even came out less than the original estimate. I am so happy with my ring and experience and will definitely return and refer friends!

Good as new.. I just Picked up my Breitling from having it serviced, along with my wifes ring that needed repair. She broke off 2 prong pieces and the ring looks as good as new. My watch looks like it did when I first bought it so we are both VERY happy with our experience. We will definately be telling our friends!

Many wonderful compliments. My husband had my wedding ring specially designed from this jeweler. I have had so many wonderful compliments on it, and I also wore the most stunning necklace and earing combination from them. It has been such a pleasure to work with them. I'd recommend them to anyone that wants something truly unique and beautiful.

Absolutely recommend them. I live in the area and have been going to this store for quite some time. I love it there the whole family works there and a couple gemologists who did my appraisals are there too. I get everthing done there and would absolutely recommend them for all your jewelry needs. :)

My goodness is it wonderful. I took my Cartier watch to get serviced over there. Just picked it up today and my goodness is it wonderful. I left it with them because I know a few golfin buddies that had work done there and they spoke very highly of them. Everyone there was very helpful they explained how too properly take care of my watch like cleaning it and so forth, also how to work a function on it that I never knew about. I would go back there with out a question for all my future needs. A+++
