If it weren't for Spiegel Law Group, I would have gotten a DUI on my permanent record. They really helped me on what to expect, and what to do so I could help my case instead of hurting it.

I got arrested in La Jolla after driving home from a party when I swerved to avoid a cat running across the street. I swerved a little too hard and slammed into a parked car, so the cops came. It was 2 in the morning and I'm sure they assumed that drinking was involved.

So the cop runs my license and sees that I've had some speeding tickets. He asks me if I was drinking, and of course I said no. He said if I was willing to undergo a field sobriety test, and I said I was. Though I was a little dizzy from slamming into the car, it didn't matter. it was enough for him to say I was driving drunk and then I not only had to be processed at the station, I had to deal with the insurance company. Great.

Thanks Matt!. I actually found Matt online while searching for a criminal defense attorney. I was charged with a DUI and contacted him about my case. The case has been dropped and he asked me to do a review online. Thanks again Matt!
