NON FLAVORED MUSH!!. EPIC FAIL!!!!!! They are lucky to get 1 star. (If I could, I'd put -5). If you care at all about your time and money do NOT eat here! I guarantee you the pork/ribs are BOILED. I actually asked the cashier and he said they were bbq'd. Anyone with common sense knows that anything bbq'd has a distinct flavor. Their food has NO FLAVOR. Don't bother putting bbq sauce on to help, it actually makes it worse! TERRIBLE! They sware they bbq their meat, yet as I was talking to the cashier I caught the worker in the back opening meat wrapped in plastic, hello, NOT FRESH!! Biggest waste of time and $. I brought the entire meal home to give to my dogs. Honestly, I may do them a favor and toss it in the trash! ABSOLUTELY NOOOOOOOOO FLAVOR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Cold food ECH!. I visited Joe's last night and ordered the Beef Brisket Sandwich and the Pulled Pork Sandwich. The meat was cold and without any flavor. I wanted some sauce and the table side containers were empty. They took the container into the kitchen and poured their famous "homemade sauce" from a pre-made sauce variety that you could pick up at a kitchen supply store. The boys serving the food were nice, however the restaurant ambiance was basically cold, sterile and run-down. An overall depressing experience.

Great BBQ ... Worth the $ ... but .... Joe your food is great, I am from the south and I have lived here for years having to wait until I got home for some good bbq, and when I tried your food I was very pleased, extremely pleased. Problem the files ... they were not out of control but they were there maybe the trash can shouldn't be near the counter. Then the workers. She did not speak up, not friendly (not mean but didnt represent) didnt know the menu. She and the cook were talking and laughing rather than working it went on for a while too and because you can see them out in the open it comes across rude. Not big on people losing their jobs so I say keep and train. Serve the customers then hold conversations that was such bad customer service. I am big on good customer service and good help as well as clean enviornment keeps people coming back. I am a sports mother so I will spread the word and you should advertise and pass out fliers its worth it. Good Job on the food. I give you a big thumbs up!!!!!
