Customer Service? Scanty at best.
The coffee is great here! Don't get me wrong, however, the staff treats you as if you are invisible. We purchased coffee drinks on a hot day, and went back to get some ice water. We were told they don't give out ice water, and given some small dixie cups and were told to go to the sink and get our own water.
Thanks! I'll take my business to Starbucks!
