Came here looking at wedding bands with my fiancee - and was surprised at this place. Heard they had wonderful customer service, but it just felt like I was being hustled by a used car salesman.

Very small shop, didn't get a chance to browse without being bothered by the sales staff - left after 20 minutes of frustration. Was oping for better, but this place kinda put me off.

Family Enviroment, Made me feel right at home. Times are tough all around. I was in a very hard spot and decided to sell my Rolex. One of the hardest decisions I've made in my life, as it was a graduation gift. When I came in I was made to feel like an old friend. It didn't have that "Pawn shop" feel more like the feeling of well educated professional purchasers of jewelery.

I was told how much it was worth, and why. I was also not put under any kind of pressure or made to feel that I was "less then" because I was in a hard spot money wise. I was treated with dignity and friendliness.

When times get better, I know where I will be returning to buy a new Rolex!

Amazing!. Super nice place. Everyone is friendly and you feel like you have known them for years. The Ring that i brought Was too beautiful and its hard to choose cause of the large selection amazing looking jewelry! highly recommend.

Simply Wonderful. My husband and I came in here a few Saturday's ago to browse for a potential

necklace. Our anniversary was coming up in a week and it being our 10 years my

husband wanted to get me something nice. Gloria greeted us and was very polite.

We let her know that we just wanted to browse and she was happy to let us,

didn't stay on our heels watching our every move. It was a nice change of pace.

The selection is large, every time I thought I found something perfect something

else would catch my eye. Everything is crafted beautifully. When it did come

time to ask Gloria for help she made it very easy. She answered all our

questions and didn't try to make a fast sale. She was a pleasure to work with.

After deciding on a beautiful diamond necklace she made notes on a card of the

other pieces I had liked, just in case we came back. I really like that idea; I

found it to be very personable of her. She explained that they like to keep

files of their customers, to keep in touch for birthdays, anniversaries, and

finger sizes. And I am sure it will come in handy because we will be back, or

at least my husband will if he knows what's good for him.

Amazing service, Gorgeous Ring. Knowledgable people and no pressure sales make this the top jewelry store in San Diego!

My fiancee and I went in on a whim last week after having no luck finding the ring I wanted for the past couple of months. As soon as we went in, we were greeted warmly and after we explained that we were looking for a specific type of ring that is in our budget (we are both military, without too much extra money laying around!), Bert showed me what they had available then sat down with me to help me create EXACTLY what I had in mind AND within our price range. He answered all of our questions and made us both feel comfortable and excited with our purchase. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone searching for quality, amazing prices, and a ring that you will be proud to show off to your friends!

BEST in SD!. I felt very safe here from the moment my fiance and I walked in. The warmth that Bert and his family expressed throughout the entire process made is so easy to trust this jeweler with such an important purchase.

My fiance and I had been searching for a unique ring for me for weeks. We finally ventured into Bert Levi Family Jewelers and thank goodness we did!!! Bert's wife, who was very welcoming and friendly, greeted us. I explained to Gloria what I wanted in a ring and soon after, Bert joined the conversation. After I explained what I wanted, he conveyed his thoughts to me. He was so knowledgeable and confident -- I instantly fell in love with his idea for the design of my ring! He listened to every single vision I had conveyed and somehow understood exactly.
