Called them at 10 AM on a Saturday and by 11:20 AM my windshield was replaced. I I appreciated the fact that they come to your home or office with no extra cost. They were also the cheapest among several other businesses I contacted. This must be an old address because they are actually at 2905 Oceanside Blvd.

I am happy to share that my appointment with First call was a pleasant experience. I Purchased a 2013 Lexus four months ago and during a mini vacation found my self in need of a complete windshield due to flying debris on the highway. Apprehenisve about the mobile service I was assured the utmost care would be taken with my new car. Their word is gold to me and there are no signs that any work was ever done.

Getting a referral from my auto mechanic said a lot. I had to get a new door glass in my 2006 Corolla and needed it the same day. I called a couple of places to compare prices and they did not even have the glass. I was told it would take a day or two for it to come in. Betty the appointment setter sent Pat, a tech to my house the same day. No charge for the mobile or same day service. Both were professional and helpful.

I stopped in for a estimate to replace the windshield on my BMW. I was able to schedule an appointment for the next morning and I am happy with everything turned out.

Great service from my call to Betty to arrangr billing with my insurance company, ending with Pat arriving to do the repalcement on my Honda Accord. Good price excellent service all around.

First Call replaced the windshield in my 08 Hyundia Elantra. It turned out great and even with all the rain I have not had any problems.

Because of the storm yesterday, I had to have my windshield replaced. I made a claim with my insurance agent and was given the information for First Call. When I arrived, Betty called my agent and they began replacing my windshield. It was very easy process due the friendly customer service by Betty and the technician who did the work. Much thanks to everyone!

This place is GREAT. We had someone completely smash the window of our car, and they got us in first thing in the morning and were finished before 9:30 am. We were going to go through insurance, but it was way cheaper to replace our window with them than meet our deductible. I was worried about leaving my car in our complex with no window overnight, so they let us drive it there and keep it in their garage until the next day.

The woman who works there (we were at the Oceanside location), Betty, was the nicest woman I've ever met. She definitely went out of her way to help me and my husband, and we were so lucky to have called them. We looked around, but they seemed good from the reviews and I'm glad we chose them. They even vacuumed out all the glass for us. After having something bad happen, it was nice to know there are good people who would even go out of their way to help us.

I'm usually wary of repairs, but honestly you don't have to think twice about going to First Call Autoglass. This is the first review I've ever given just because I was so shocked at how helpful they were. If you need a window repair, go here. They also drive out to you, but we went there to keep our car safe overnight. I think they also do window tinting and either sell or repair (or both) stereos.

To put it quickly, they're friendly, fast, affordable, and have the BEST customer service I've experienced in CA.
