Since I live in Idaho and my 91 year old father lives in spring valley, I was concerned when his heating system failed and didn't know who to call. ASI hastings was recommended by a family member and after contacting them, they responded quickly and fixed the problem. Dave, their technician contacted me and answered all of my questions concerning the heating system. He performed a thorough analysis and replaced a failed control board. Since the furnace is old I expected a sales person to contact me and try and sell us a new system. I will certainly use their services again and when the system does need replacing I will contact them for a new one.

ASI Hastings Heating & Air. New Furnace

We called ASI because we heard good things about them through our local hardware store. Not only did the salesman look over our air conditioner but he discovered that we had a furnace that was recalled in 2001 because it was a fire hazard. He also said that when we had our new air conditioner installed by another company in 2006 they did not give us a new coil for the air conditioner, which they were supposed to do. He even offered to reroute our duct work since the house was not evenly cooled. We were able to have everything installed in the following weekf and all went as planned and we are very happy with the results. We recommend ASI very highly. The salesman does not pressure you and the installers were very professional.

New Air Conditioner. We had a new air conditioning system installed and were so impressed with ASI every step of the way. The initial contact with the salesman was very low key and very informative with no high pressure. After receiving a quote we thought reasonable, we called and were able to have the system installed the very next week. The three installers were professional and cleaned everything up before leaving. They also made sure we understood all aspects of our new system. I highly recommend ASI and our experience with them was very positive.

Air Conditioner Service Call. We had our air conditioner serviced today by ASI. The technician, Brandon, was courteous . very knowledgeable of of unit and it's service needs, professional and informatative regrading ways to better

maximaize the efficency of our air conditioner. He also informed us how enrolling in their Service Agreement Plan would not only save us Money, but also increase the efficency of both our heating and air conditioning system.

Even though our system is only 5yrs annual service is important to keep our heating and air conditioning functioning efficiently.

Excellent Product and Customer Service. ASI Hastings Heating and Air designed and installed a new dual zoned heating and air conditioning system in my home in Rancho San Diego. Matt designed a system to replace my original 26 year old a/c and furnace. He did a great job designing a system that would work in the high vaulted ceilings of our house and dual zoning it so we have complete control of the entire house. I was worried about the mess of removal of the old equipment and installation of the new system, but was completely impressed and happy with how courteous, professional , and clean they performed the installation. The most detailed and clean installation I have ever seen! Rich and his crew were awesome. Rich took the time to answer my many questions and also sought my imput before locating thermostats and other equipment. These guys are very detail oriented, care about your house, and follow up to make sure you are happy with the system they sell and install. A big investment in my house and I am very happy I had ASI do the job.

Overall The Best in Business. Just purchased a new AC for a small home and they not only gave us a good deal the sales rep was by far the best. He was friendly, no pressure and told the truth. He even took time off from his vacation to make sure we had our air conditioner installed as it was 95 that week. The Best!

The Best Customer Service. ASI was the top winner in my research. Not by only price however the professionalism of the sales rep and installers were superb. I tested them to see if they really knew what they were talking about and they were right on and honest. Don't even think about going with the other guys! You'll be sorry.
