Perfect Job! What to say. My wife served me with divorce papers, asked I have supervised visitation, and wanted to relocate with our kids to Boston. She had been a stay at home wife, and her attorney told her that it would be a slam dunk for her since she had primarily raised the kids and I traveled every other month for work. None of her requests were granted, our divorce is final, and because Dan had the recent case law to use, I have 80% custody and although entitled to child support, declined it. I work hard and my whole world is dependent on my kids. Had they been able to move to Boston, I would have lost everything. Cannot thank him enough.

Excellent Job. Mr. Williams was very straight forward and honest with me when I first came to see him. I had been thinking about a custody modification and was eager to file. When I asked him if it would be bad if I did file, I was shocked to hear him say that it would only be bad for him, as in he was turning away a case that was premature. When things did develop, I immediately went to him and we filed my modification, and my ex and I now have a workable order, and I think that suggestions he made to the court that were ordered but fought my my ex's attorney are working well and will keep us out of court. My ex and I are getting along and my ex even told me that I was luck to have hired Daniel as the outcome will save us both money for having to go back to court.

I was referred to Daniel Williams, because I needed a divorce lawyer and child custody attorney for my case in Monterey. I had been told that he had spent ten years in San Diego, so I was a little nervous at first. He proved to be the the best investment I made. Mr. Williams knows his stuff, the family code, case law, and how to be the utmost professional. Unlike some others who were achieving nothing by fighting with judge and opposing counsel, Mr. Williams was truly Mr. Civility and I saw the respect for him in the eyes of the Judge, the FCS mediator, and opposing counsel. I could not be happier with my results, and think that Mr Williams is the most professional and accomplished attorney on the Central Coast.

BEST FAMILY LAW ATTORNEY IN CALIFORNIA -- I used Dan Williams recently when I need an aggressive and knowledgeable attorney to set my expectations and meet my needs. Through the magic of social networking, I was told that he had practiced family law for 9 years in San Diego, Orange, Riverside, and Los Angeles counties and had recently moved is practice to the central coast, having handled the divorces of several of my colleagues at Facebook as well as other high asset divorces also involving child custody for people over at ebay. I can not be happier, he is definitely an excellent attorney and a great asset to the Central Coast.

Terrible Lawyer! Beware, you do NOT want Dan Williams representing you! Doesn't return clients calls, dishonest, makes numerous mistakes filing paperwork, not familiar with CA family law

I wanted you to know that Atty. Williams did a very good job to my case. I am so thankful that we choose Atty. Williams. He is very aggressive, punctual, organize, very reliable, He really knows what he's doing. He's a good lawyer for me. My husband abducted our child for over two years, Now I have my baby with me. He is awesome. We filed my case may 31,2012 and found my son less than 2 weeks. He was with me all way to the end.So i highly recommend him.

Semper Fi Divorce Attorney. I was serving in Afghanistan and going through a divorce while deployed. Although I had the right to stay the process while deployed, I had a SKYPE consultation with attorney Williams and hired him to represent me while serving overseas. Mr. Williams was able to join my mother to the action and arrange for her to have temporary custody of my daughter until I returned to San Diego. I have primary custody of my daughter and was fortunate to have her rights looked after when other lawyers told me joining my mother would be impossible and that because of my service I wouldn’t get primary custody. It was worth every dollar I spent and as I assume I will be taken back to court over custody until our daughter is 18, I will be using Mr. Williams so long as he is able to represent me.

Reccomendation warrented.. Despite what I hear are high divorce rates when it came down to needing a family law attorney, I had two co-workers at my firm that had used Mr. Williams and had their and another attorney to chose from that another co-worker had used. I met with both and felt Mr. Williams told me more of what to expect than what I wanted to hear. Child custody was an issue and the rest was just basically hard work on his part knowing the family code as to our assets. I
