I love Sewing Machines Plus. The customer service is awesome and the sewing classes are great. I bought the Juke serger and by far they had the best package deal I could find in the US!

i recently had the task of purchasing a new vacuum for my home. My wife was ill and not able to get to the store so I decided to give it a try because we needed a new vacuum. I was completely blown away with the friendly and knowledgable staff. I felt so comfortable with my purchase because they spent so much time educating me on the best vacuum for my home. I love my new vacuum (so does my wife!). I did need to take it back to the store because i broke the on/off switch and i was equally impressed with the speed and quality of the service. In todays business world it is hard to get the service we used to get or expect and i can say that Sewing Machines Plus totally exceeded my expectations.

If you ever need or want a great sewing machine...You have to try this company out. I placed an order for a sewing machine, which is a great piece of equipment by JUKI, and just have to say that this company truly cares about how it does business. The customer service was excellent. The machine arrived at my door within just a few days, and everything was perfect. The first thing that came out of my wife's mouth was, " We stick with these people. Where can you find service like that " ? Of course, I agreed. So, if you want it right, at a very reasonable pricing structure...Call this company...You won'y regret it

Awesome service. I have bought two sewing machines from them. The phone has been always answered by an english speaking person ( I am sure they have spanish speaking personal that are equally helpful.) The person is well informed about the products, or has gotten me to someone who was well versed in the products. Twice I have had technical issues. The first time they emailed me a shipping label. When they received the machine they called and then called again when they returned it. This all took place within a weeks time. This last time the technician walked me through putting a piece back together that due to my fault had popped apart.. I highly recommend this company for their service and knowledge of their products.

They delivered right away. The only surprise was that my sewing machine was mailed directly in its box without any protective cover or re-boxing. Since it was a gift, it was easy to tell what it was. Would have preferred that they re-box it, but for the price I was happy enough.
