I LOVE SEWING MACHINE PLUS AND NEDRA AND DEANNE ARE GREAT SALES PEOPLE, I HAVE BOUGHT 2 MACHINES FROM THEM AND HAVE BEEN VERY HAPPY WITH THEM. AND JUST TO LET YOU KNOW IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEMS , THEY ARE THERE TO HELP YOU , TILL ALL IS WELL. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH MY SINGER 9960 AND MY BROTHERS PC770 , THANK YOU SEWING MACHINE PLUS FOR ALL YOUR HELP AND MAKING THINGS RIGHT WHEN I DID AN EXCHANGE FROM 7470 TO 9960.

I ordered the Juki HZL F600 and a Arrow Cabinet, the cabinet showed up 2 days after I ordered it. I was thoroughly impressed, the machine showed up a week later. I immediately set it up and it was great.

Nedra is the best. Had a problem with a sewing machine that I ordered online without talking to someone and had to return it. Nedra helped me find one that would work best for me. So excited can't wait to get it.

have to say this company has awesome employees, so helpful, and understanding and kind. my own error caused me a little headache but i would totally recommend this company as they will go above and beyond to help you. awesome just awesome ;-)
