Terrible customer service. The therapists at this location are fine. Unfortunately the company policies and the customer service provided by front desk staff is so terrible that it ruins the entire experience. This company does not value treating a customer with respect. I feel sorry for the therapists that have to work in such an environment. I would never visit any location of Massage Envy again.…
Too expensive. They try to upsale me everytime. My husband gave me a gift cert and I was very dissapointed with the massage then they tried to upsell me.
