Please pass along my compliments to the Management at ON Time Plumbing Company once again….the staff is very professional, polite and certainly dependable. John is the plumber I would recommend for any job. He really knew what to do with the roots in the sewer, had all the right equipment and got right down to work. I would recommend this company if you need a good, licensed plumber in San Diego.

I called On Time Experts to send a plumber to my home in Encinitas at 11:30 in the evening when a pipe broke behind my washing machine. I was in a panick trying to mop up water from hitting my wood floors. The plumber showed up in what seemed minutes and had another crew out to dry up the water. I was very pleased with both professionals. I know that On Time Experts were very instrumental on making sure I was put in good hands. So Thank You Again On Time Experts.

After doing some research on tankless water heaters I decided it was time to convert from the standard 40 gallon. I called 3 local plumbers for estimates and they were all in the same ballpark. Johnny with On Time however seemed more knowledgeable about the product he was selling and the installation. I feel I got the most value for my money with this Company. The job came out fantastic and the water heater seems to be a great investment for us.

It was hard to find a plumber that actually answers the phone at night. I called these guys and to my surprise a young lady answered and had a plumber to my house in about half an hour. I know it was late but the plumber did a great job, I was just happy to get someone out immediately to stop the water from leaking into my garage. He came back the next day and did a free check on the rest of the plumbing.

I noticed a weird smell in the garage a few weeks ago, and didn't think nothing of it until it became stronger and more intense. I looked online for a plumber and found On Time Experts. I gave them a call and told them about my situation. A plumber was sent out right away to let me know where that smell was coming from. Turns out it was a gas leak, and like many I have a family and wanted this taken care of right away. Without any hesitation, they took care of the leak the same day. I know that fixing the problem is their job, but it is always nice to have personable and easy going people come out and care about what they are doing rather than HAVING to the job. I would recommend On Time Experts because they came out fast,fixed my issue,were reasonable with their price, and just made a bad situation go away with ease. :)
