WORST RENTAL EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. I would avoid this company at all costs. They took over management of my house on May of 2011 and it was a disaster from the start. They lost 3 months worth of rent check. I has to close out my bank account because of them! There were serious maintenance issues with the property, it was like pulling teeth to get anything done. I moved out of the property after 9 months of dealing with them since it simply became to stressful. They even lost my house keys at one point. Their staff are rude and don't care. I'm still fighting with them trying to get my security deposit back, they made the check out to me and someone who was never on the lease. They WILL screw you over. Avoid them at all costs.…
Not a good Company. This company has a lot to learn about HOA property management. They are disorganized, unprofessional, and lack the necessary skills needed to run a successful business. I received several months of statements that did not accurately reflect the payments sent in. After numerous pleas to correct their simple mathematical miscalculations ( correcting the mistake in a timely manner was never a priority) I finally resolved the issue only to battle it out with one of the associates about a late fee for a check that was received on time. These people are bullies and believe they live above the laws of California.…
Property Management company. I have rented my apartment for the past few years. There has been a couple of management company services that I have had to deal with in this time. Some have not done a very good job at returning phone calls and keeping on top of things. This company, Presidio Real Estate took over as landlord a few months ago. I thought "here we go again" and I was thinking about moving to avoid the problems. I called them to give notice. I spoke to Felix and then to Lydia. I told them about my problems and about some of the little problems in my small complex and in my unit. They had a handyman out the next day to fix little things in my unit. About a month later they somehow got a loud tenant that I told them about to move-out. I guess I don't have to move. I am happy things seem to me under control.…
