Wonderful Service. We had a wonderful experience at the Staples on Rancho Carmel, San Diego. We are vacationing and were concerned that we had picked up a virus in our laptop. We took it in to the tech department in the morning and it was finished by evening. Because there were no viruses, there was no charge. They were so pleasant and helpful and even gave us some suggestions for places to see while we are in this area. Extremely friendly and I would recommend them highly.

Wont be returning. I took a laptop into a Easy Teah and recieved such terrible service I was surprised they managed to stay in business.

I got my computer back after them haveing it for way too long and when I got it back it was scratched and knicked up.

I pointed it out and they basically called me a liar, insinuating the marks were all there before I brought it in.

AND they didnt offer me any discount or anything on the services I'd initally taken my computer in for.

I didnt get an apology even.

I found a site called Secure Remote Support when I was reading reviews online and they took care of my machine when I sent it in with a virus.

They were friendly and quick. Im very pleased with my experience with this company and will reccomend them to anyone!
