Ericka is very in tune to what my needs are for each session. She checks in with me periodically during the seeson to ensure that my needs are being met for that session. Ericka is the best! She is very in tune with my needs for each session. She is attentive and frequently inquires about my needs during the session. Give her a raise!

my calves/shins were very tight due to new running shoes/style; Joe is a runner, knew exactly what needed to be done to offer relief and suggested that i use a tennis ball or foam roller to further assist my healing at home. awesome experience.

Jaxx: very professional, I'm going through health issue with cancer, I was very very tense and Jaxx just helped me to be stress relief, she is very sensitive to my condition. She has been doing a SUPER great awesome job I give Jaxx 100% beyond my expectations. Erika: very professional, help my husband to be less stress as well, he has been feeling better and better. THESE TWO GIRLS ARE JUST AMAZING :) the best.

I have really sore shoulders and neck area and Betty did such a great job massaging these sore areas. She recommended to massage my feet and found knots and my feet feel so much better today.

Great friendly concentration. My first 2-hr massage and it was so nice, it felt shorter than a normal 1-hr massage. Alexandra is the only therapist I've found that can keep me coming back for someone other than Leticia!

Virginia allows the necessary time to undress and get comfortable before she knocks for permission to enter. The facial is never the same routine over and over she always addresses any new blemishes or problems on my face. We take time to discuss what may have created the problem area and the necessary care to resolve problem area. I am in my 60's and do not have the patience for a esthetician attending to my facial needs just because it's an income. It is easy to see and hear - Virginia enjoys her work and gives the best Massage Envy can offer.
