UPDATE 2/8/12 Maxaudience has now contacted me and said that they would in fact refund my money in full to rectify this issue. Since it is a complicated affair with the credit card company to make sure that the credits are in fact applied, this may take some time to see the correction. I am at least satisfied at the moment that they are working towards resolving the issue. Once full credit has been issued I would hope to be able to remove this posting somehow.....
