I hate doing my taxes! Normally I do everything through turbotax but after two years in a row of miscalculations and surprise notices of owing MORE money I decided to go to professionals. I had an Miramar Accounting & Tax Service - Income Tax Prep magnet on my fridge so I decided to give them a try. Everyone in the office was really nice and helpful even though the office was crowded. My taxes were done quickly and professionally and now I have the peace of mind that they were done right though I had to pay a little more on the front end its totally worth it to not owe a ton b/c of a software mistake!I have multiple state returns and also rental property deductions that are too complex for me. Miramar Accounting & Tax Service works with me early in the year to review all of my info and get me the most money, asap. We discuss next year's return and try to anticipate the documents that I will need for filing, which helps me during tax time. I don't file the EZ returns, so I appreciate the updates on the new tax code info, it gives me a head's up on next year's code. A. I never write reviews but this office or company is very intelligent when it comes to giving you money back and saving you money. I do not have a high salary so i do not expect to get a return of 50 grand but i got a return that was well more then i expected. Not suprisingly i recommended everyone i know with financial issues to go see Rachel at empire tax. She teaches you the law and explains everything in detail. Thumbs up !!!

good job. Highly recommended. Its hard to find an accountant/ tax preparer who is a fighter and gets the job done. I saw Rachel ( the main accountant/taxes ).

Amazing. Quick easy and got my money back which i work hard for. It's a shame when you see people with having bad accountants who do not any better. I was on of those people until i was referred by my brother to go to a tax preparer and apply for a tax refund. It all paid off and this is the place i suggest to go to get your taxes done !
