These guys are great. I brought my high end Swiss automatic watch in that was gaining 2 minutes a day. Greg Nalbandian did a fantastic job of fixing it. The watch runs perfect now. The price was very reasonable and the work was done very quickly. His estimate and time frame were right on. I highly recommend them.

Great place to have all jewelry & watches repaired. My wife and I had plenty of little repairs that needed to be done, Magic Touch did a great job on all repairs, good prices and quick service. We will be back again in the future for more repairs.

They make your money disapear with terrable service. The staff at this store is disgusting the jeweler is a complte jerk he should retire his customer service is terrable I can not belive how rudlyI was talked too. and 300 dollars to size a plain platinum ring get real your cutting 2 sizes out of my platinum ring keeping my extra metal and charging me 300.00 .with the fowlest person in san diego at your counter good luck to this business you wont last long.

Watch Repair Service. I was hesitant to try this place out at first buy boy was I wrong. I've been to countless repair stores to have the crown on my watch repaird with the original and none would be able to get the part.

When I found Magic Touch online I decided to give them a try. Greg was able to get the original part from the factory and repaired and seald my watch within a few days. I can't say enough about the service here. Great job and honest work.

Movado Repair. I wanted to find someone who will replace a battery and seal my watch to factory settings. When shopping at CVS I stumbled upon Magic Touch. These guys know what the're doing. They replaced the battey and all seals and did what is called a pressure test to make sure that water won't enter. Very happy with the service and price.

Watch Repair. Very happy with a Citizen Divers watch that Greg restored for me. My dad would be so happy to see his watch in a great running condition. You've got a customer for life!
