Don't buy if item is not in stock. I wish Citysearch had "0" option. Never mind. Lowest is "1" so better be with it. I bought some furniture from this store. They were so happy and cheering face when taking an order. Make you feel you are in heaven! Never delivered item on the promised date of delivery. Upon call "It is on back order from manufacturer. Will take more 2 weeks". I thought I am okay with it. Again no delivery so called up. Same crap. I thought okay.. let it go for next 2 weeks. But just after a week I realized there is something cooking. So I called just after a week rather that 2 weeks. Now they say it will take 5 weeks! What a crap? Do I want to buy furniture for which delivery would be after 10 weeks (and that is too not guaranteed!)? So went up there to cancel an order. What do you expect? "No you can not cancel order." Why can't I cancel my order for which I don't receive product or service? They told "no refund. Purchase what you want from there". They instruct me what to buy from my money. Just grow up.

STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!. MY EXPERIENCE IN THE STORE WAS WONDERFULL THE PEOPLE THERE WAS WONDERFUL, THERE WERE SO HELPFUL AND UNDERSTANDING.. BUT THE WAREHOUSE IS REALLY REALLY BAD... THEY DONT SEND YOUR STUFF WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL... IF YOU PAY UPFRONT THEY DELAY ALL YOUR STUFF AND IF THEY HAVE A BIG SALE THEY SELL YOUR STUFF AND THEY MAKE YOU WAIT FOR IT BECUASE THEY BACKED ORDER IT... THEY SUCK!!!!
