I signed up initially in Alameda, CA where I was very pleased with my Massage Envy experience and transferred my membership down to Ranch Bernardo where I have now located and hope that my experience here will be better than in Woodland Hills. So far I am very pleased by my visit yesterday.

Cara did a great job addressing the areas we discussed that were giving me a hard time. She is very good about reading how I feel. Great experience. My visit prior to that, my only complaint would be that the table heat was not very hot. Otherwise, service has been great!

Breanna has a true technical understanding of the muscles and where the tension lies. She can feel the kinks and dies a gr8 job of getting the tightness out. When one technique isn't enough she tries another.

Breanna is an excellent massage therapist. She always checks that the pressure is ok for me. She has such a great technical understanding of how the body works and is able to always work out my muscle tightness. I come to ME twice monthly and she is amazing. I hope she is compensated well.

She listened well and responded as if she truly cared. Took pride in her profession. Incorporated athletic stretches and other technigues beyond what an average would use. Answered questions politely.

Cara...I have been to massage envy about 15 times and she was the best I have ever had!! Gifted intuitive, did not talk ...apprecaited my concerns, respected my breast cancer history and surgery and knew how to massage!!!

Erika was very happy to give me the very deep tissue massage I asked for. And I was amazed at her ability. She was very friendly and knowledgeable as well. I'm definitely going back to her!!
