Always get my car service here. They always get the job done asap. Cesar Arango is really helpful. I always try and get him to help me. He tells me when I need something done and when I don't. He is cool people.

straight-forward and honest. After dealing with a pushy sales person at the Nissan dealership down the street, I had no desire to talk to any salesperson ever again. I looked up some cars on my phone and found that South Bay Volkswagen carry many Jettas. We decided to at least check them out. We were greeted by Hani and what a great first impression. He was so straight-forward and honest. After about half an hour we all were cracking jokes and having fun. He thoroughly went over the car and gave us time to think without invading our space. Hani made us feel we got a great car for a great deal. What a nice guy. Our amazing experience continued in Mireya's finance office. What a pro she is. She made us feel so comfortable. We were laughing our way through the process. After signing all the papers we felt like she was our friend. Thanks Mireya!
