Personal TrainingWe begin all one-on-one training with a functional movement screen. This personal assessment helps us identify specific mobility or stability issues and / or imbalances you may have. From here we design a program that targets your weakest areas first, creating a strong foundation that we build from. Your training program will be individualized and progressive to get you to your personal goals.
Injury Prevention and Management:Our training program is designed to reduce the potential for injury and help our clients stay pain free. By identifying imbalances and targeting weaknesses, you will avoid common foot, ankle, knee, shoulder and low back injuries. Addressing the root cause of pain instead of the symptoms provides long-term health and allows for optimum performance.
Functional TrainingBefore we begin loading with weights, we focus on mobility and stability drills, which challenges your balance, coordination, flexibility, and core strength. You will train in multi-directional planes, preparing your body to move in all planes of motion safely and efficiently. We design a program that targets your weakest links first, creating a strong foundation that we can build upon. From here, depending on your personal goals, your training will be individualized and progressive to translate directly to your sport or life.
Improve Speed, Agility and QuicknessLearn to put your body in a better position and improve reaction times to move faster on the court or field. Work on change of direction, acceleration and top end speed by optimizing movement techniques and body mechanics.
Improve Strength and PowerBuild a strong foundation and learn age-appropriate lifting techniques and plyometric drills to enhance maximum power production and out-jump your competition.

Soft Tissue Therapy
Tui Na TherapyTui na is a body treatment providing medical therapy that has been used in ancient china for over 2000 years. Considered an integral part of traditional chinese medicine taught in formal training of oriental medicine, the primary purpose of tui na is to bring the body into balance by opening up the body's defensive chi, enabling the energy to move through both the meridians and the muscles. Stimulation is created in the acupressure points to treat both acute and chronic conditions. This flow of chi allows the body to naturally heal itself.
Benefits of Tui Na Therapy Include
Breaks Down Scar Tissue Creating a Path for the Blood and Qi to Circulate.
Speeds Up the Healing Process
Relieves Discomfort From Various Ailments Including: Sciatica, Frozen Shoulder, and Aching Muscles
Flushes Metabolic Wastes and Improves Lymph Drainage
Lowered Blood Pressure
Eastern Deep Tissue Sports Massage
Reduced Pain
Improved Sleep
Improved Mobility
Increased Range of Motion (Rom)
Reduce Muscle Hyper Tonicity
A.I.S. Active Isolated Stretching Therapy
Benefits of the Mattes Method a.I.S. Include
Improves Oxygenation and Nutrition of Myofascial Structures Promoting Growth and Repair.
Stimulates the Circulation and Drainage of Lymph, Which Helps Remove Metabolic Wastes.
Improves Flexibility and Health of Muscles, Tendons and Ligaments.
Separates Fibrosis and Breaks Down Adhesions That May Result From Trauma or Inflammation.
Realigns Collagen Fibers.
Reduces Muscle Spasm.
Reduces the Risk of Muscle Strain and Tear.

Eastern Deep Tissue Sports MassageThis powerful form of deep massage combines eastern techniques with sports massage techniques. This massage focuses on specific problem areas and can be customized to the clients needs. Reduced pain. Improved sleep. Improved mobility. Increased range of motion (rom). Reduce muscle hyper tonicity
A.I.S. Active Isolated Stretching Therapy:The active isolated stretching (ais) method of muscle lengthening and fascial release is a type of athletic stretching technique that provides effective, dynamic, facilitated stretching of major muscle groups, but more importantly, ais provides functional and physiological restoration of superficial and deep fascial planes. Over the past few decades many experts have advocated that stretching should last up to 60 seconds. For years, this prolonged static stretching technique was the gold standard. However, prolonged static stretching actually decreases the blood flow within the tissue creating localized ischemia and lactic acid buildup. This can potentially cause irritation or injury of local muscular, tendinous, lymphatic, as well as neural tissues, similar to the effects and consequences of trauma and overuse syndromes. Aaron mattes ais technique is an effective treatment for deep and superficial fascial release, restoring proper fascial planes for optimal physiologic function. Performing an active isolated stretch of no longer than 2.0 seconds allows the target muscles to optimally lengthen without triggering the protective stretch reflex and subsequent reciprocal antagonistic muscle contraction as the isolated muscle achieves a state of relaxation. These stretches provide maximum benefit and can be accomplished without opposing tension or resulting trauma. Aaron mattes method myofascial release technique, which incorporates ais, uses active movement and reciprocal inhibition to achieve optimal flexibility. Using a 2.0 second stretch has proven to be the key in avoiding reflexive contraction of the antagonistic muscle. Without activating muscle group contraction, restoration of full range of motion and flexibility can be successfully achieved. Improves oxygenation and nutrition of myofascial structures promoting growth and repair. Stimulates the circulation and drainage of lymph, which helps remove metabolic wastes.Improves flexibility and health of muscles, tendons and ligaments. Separates fibrosis and breaks down adhesions that may result from trauma or inflammation. Realigns collagen fibers. Reduces muscle spasm. Reduces the risk of muscle strain and tear.
AcupunctureOriginating in china over 2,500 years ago, acupuncture is one of the oldest, most commonly used forms of medicine in the world and one of the most thoroughly researched and respected forms of complementary medicine available. Acupuncture involves the insertion of sterile, single-use, hair-thin needles into specific points on the body to improve circulation, restore the body’s natural balance, and stimulate the body’s innate healing abilities. Among the many benefits of acupuncture are: pain reduction. Stress and tension relief. Increased energy levels. Improved digestive function. Greater sense of overall health and well-being acupuncture has proven extremely helpful in the treatment of pain, chronic and stubborn medical conditions, and emotional and mental disorders. Additionally, acupuncture offers a safe and time-tested method of preventative medicine to ensure one’s overall health and wellness. For those with an active lifestyle, acupuncture is extremely beneficial not only for rehabilitation from injuries, but also for injury prevention and general energy, strength, and endurance. Acupuncture is recognized by the national institute of health (nih) and the world health organization (who) to be effective in the treatment of a wide variety of medical conditions. The following list includes a number of common ailments benefited by the treatment of acupuncture:
