The setting of the restaurant is very beautiful and has a nice realxing atmosphere to it. The service was spectacular. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful with the menu. She really gave great descriptions on how all the meals were prepared and what they consisted off. A very creative menu I must say. I went with 5 other friends and we all throught our meals were absolutely delicious! We kept putting bits of food on each others plates saying "you have to try this!" It was a lot of fun. Well worth the price you pay, I will definately recommend this to others in the future.

Pros: Something different!

Cons: A little pricey (but worth it!)

While the concept is brilliant, foods from around the world on the same latitude as San Diego, the execution falls short. We started our meal with the Asian Duck Confit salad with grapefruit, jicama and candied pecans. I know duck is best rare, but this was dangerously undercooked and the fat from the duck coated the vegetables rendering them a soggy mess. The curried calamari wasn't bad although the server neglected to bring out the mango salsa mentioned on the menu. For an entree I had the pan seared halibut and cous cous. It wasn't bad mind you, but the fish was really underseasoned. for thirty bucks a plate, i'd expect a little more. the exotic menu really gets your taste buds going, but the food just doesn't live up to the hype.

Pros: Atmosphere, wine list

Located in a trendy block of Mission Hills. The duck with gnocchi was perfectly cooked and the zataar Chicken was moist and favorful. I definitely recommend reservations. A great place for a romantic date.

Pros: Food and service were great

Cons: Parking can be hard on the weekends
