My sister is getting married and I'm the maid of honor. She got her dress here, so I also ordered my bridesmaid dress with them as well. Her dress and veil finally arrived, and the veil is completely the wrong one. They told her that there was no way to fix the mistake, THEIR MISTAKE, because now it is too close to the wedding date. Then when my bridesmaid dress FINALLY came in, it was two sizes smaller than what I ordered. This time they said it was the manufacturer's mistake but again they couldn't fix it because the wedding is now only six weeks away. When I went to get alterations, they said they would order more fabric to make the dress fit properly, and they never did. Now the dress looks horrible and doesn't even come close to fitting properly. But they don't care because they already got their money. DO NOT GO THERE! It is a horrible place with horrible customer service. I can't possibly rate them poor enough.

I showed up for my appointment at Brides By Demetrios and had such a wonderful time. Rosa was so great. She helped with everything from zipping up my dress to picking out matching veils and letting me know which dresses actualy looked not so good on me. She put in it polite terms, but I was happy to finally have someone be so honest with me rather than just saying even the most hideous dress looks beautiful!
Pros: wonderful people ready to help you with everything.
Cons: a little bit more expensive than a place like davids or alfred angelos.

Upon getting engaged Brides By Demetrios was the first place I went to look for a wedding gown, because I live directly across the street. From the instant my maid of honor and I walked through the doors we were treated like trash. We were told in a demeaning tone "Don't touch anything" like we were six year old children, then as we began perusing the racks one sales associate very audibly called us "bitches" to another sales associate. Nobody offered to help us accept for the woman who directed us to the "cheap" dresses. I am having a half a million dollar wedding and am wearing a 4 1/2 karat engagement ring, why do i want to know where the cheap dresses are? I will never recommend this establishment, they clearly don't know how to cater to their clientele like a high end bridal salon can. I even got better service at David's Bridal when I went in there to pick up my bridesmaid dress for my cousin's wedding. DO NOT GO TO BRIDES BY DEMETRIOS!!!
Pros: Parking?
Cons: Aweful customer service
