I wouldn't recommend this dentist to anyone. I was there yesterday for my initial visit and was ignored for the first 15 minutes while I sat in the chair as an xray technician moved about the room without introducing herself. Then without telling me she started to stick things in my mouth for xrays. she cut my tongue, she was so rough! I told her it hurt to no reaction from her. I had to ask her what she was doing, in my opinion she should explain first. Also, i waited another 15 minutes without anyone telling me what was going on. Then the dentist comes in for a second and tells me that they will be with me once they received xrays, she didn't even introduce herself and left before i could ask her any questions. Once the xrays came in and the dentist and assistant were in the room, they ignored me and continued about their lunchtime conversation about personal issues and right over my face! I was curious about the xrays and asked what it told the dentist and she just said, oh you have 8 cavities, without telling me where they were. She started to poke around in my mouth for a few seconds then abruptly stood up asked if i had any questions and left. Then the assistant started to clean my teeth, she missed several times and the deep cleaning brush ran over my gums and lips which was painful. Then she started to floss without haviing me rinse and there was saliva and paste in my mouth. I was so unfomfortable. She then had me rinse with mouthwash and not having a clue what was next, i asked if i would be receiving the fillings at this visit. She responded condescendingly that i had to make an appointment at checkout. She then put some flouride in my mouth hap hazardly, told me not to eat for 20 minutes and said your done and just left me. I have had regular dental care all my life and have had to change dentists because i moved down here. I never received such bad service and from a place like eastlake dentistry. I'm taking my teeth some place else!
