RALLYS IS DOWN IN SPRING VALLEY AND LOCATED IN A GOOD LOCATION. I LIKED THE VARIETY OF FOOD AND THE FACT THAT HTEY HAD A VALUE MENU WITH A LOT OF GOOD SELCETIONS. I GOT 2 RALLY BURGERS FRIES AND A DRINK FOR UNDER 4$ ALL BECAUSE OF THEIR SPECIALS. THE PEOPLE BEHIND THE COUNTER WORKED FAST AND DELIVERED A GREWAT PRODUCT THAT I WAS VERY SURPRISED AND HAPPY ABOUT. I WILL GO BACK SEVERAL TIMES UNTIL THEIR SPECIALS END!
