This salon is the most obnoxious place I've ever encountered! I was refered to this salon by my neighbor who is a long time client of the owner Abby. Unfortunately i wasnt able to get an appointment with her and was booked randomly by the half-wit front desk girl (it took over 30 minutes to book an appointment, she kept putting me on hold). The day of my appointment, the stylist was running late so i sat and waited for almost 30 minutes. While i waited, i watched the chaos. The salon is crowded and loud; they have awful techno music blasting and the stylists yelling at each other from across the room. Everything was so impersonal and rushed. You could really sense the pressure each stylist was under to finish their client and get on to the next one. Somehow it rubbed off onto me and i ended up leaving more stressed than when i had come in. Of course, i was hoping for the oposite effect.... If you are looking for a soothing, relaxing atmosphere and sincere smiles, do not go to Salon Radius.

I cannot believe the horrible attitude i experienced from the receptionist. Ironically enough, i think her name was Ashley... I dont understand how any business can thrive while employing such a horrble receptionist. I assume they lose alot of business. I will never go to this salon!
