My experieince with Showtime Golf was a pleasurable one. They offered me sound advice and fantastic customer service. I will use them again for sure. IN addition, they offerd some great courses and were very knowledgable the courses we spoke about.

I used Showtime Golf to coordinate my boss's golf trip to San Diego. I initially was given their number through the concierge at our hotel and was extremely happy with everything. Since I know little about golf, they made it very easy for me as they provided course rates, personal recommendations, live tee time info, vip transportation, rental clubs, and excellent customer service. My boss and his clients were extremely satisfied and thanked me for setting this up with out a hitch. Thanks Showtime Golf for making it easier for me and for making me look good.

I travel a lot for work and I like to entertain clients by taking them out golfing. Since I bounce around from one area to the next I'm never sure about the different courses. I've spent a lot of time calling courses, comparing them, trying to find out prices, availability, and so on. I was amazed at how easy it was to use Showtime Golf. I was able to get information on about 5 different courses, all with one call. They set me up at a course that was close to my hotel, and were even able to provide their own TaylorMade rental clubs for 8 of my clients at a discount. To make it even better they provided a certificate for a free golf club for all of my clients as well. The best part about it was that it was all prepaid with cart and range-balls included. I found out that they offer courses in other areas as well, so I'm really eager to use their services again when I'm in Vegas.

Pros: emphasis on customer service, saved me time and money

Sometimes I hate traveling and trying to pick a golf course. I have to do so much careful research because every course has a pretty picture on the web, but then you get to the course and are disappointed or you are expecting something different. I used Showtime Golf in San Diego and I have to say, although they are free, I would have paid to use their service and expertise. I played Steele Canyon, Mt. Woodson, and Maderas. Three similar courses although ranging from $72 - $170. I would have not picked them due to the huge range in price, but I was pleased with all 3. They told me rates, availability, distance from my hotel all with one phone call. I was even paired up with a group from my home state that used Showtime Golf as their reservationists too. I recommended another course to them that Showtime recommended to me and told them to book it through Showtime Golf's service. They were a terrific help and very friendly individuals. Knowing very little about golf, I used Showtime golf for a gift for my golf-addicted step-fathers birthday this year. What I thought was the greatest feature was being able to purchase a gift-certificate that could be used in virtually any golf-course associated with Showtime, and they definitely feature top-tier resorts. Everyone was super-friendly and offered superior customer service when I called. No hassle whatsoever. My step-father had been trying to book a tee time at Torrey Pines Golf Club for so long with no luck (we are non-residents so it's difficult to do so), and Showtime Golf was able to set that up without any problems. I definitely recommend their services.
