Kudos to bety b! My son also is Autistic and everytime he has his haircut it's been a very positive experience. They have incredible amounts of patience with my son and do an awesome job to boot. The place is always clean. The shop also has a movie playing for the kids. What's wrong with McDonald's toys? A not a thing, but that's my personal opinion.

Horrible

I was extremely upset by this place. I recently took my three year old into there for a hair cut and they shaved a bald spot into his hair right before our Christmas picture! When it happened I was extremely upset and the hair stylist kept insisting that she could fix it and only made it worse. Then I wasn't comp for the hair cut that was a mess, they said it was against policy. I was livid. So now our family Christmas picture is ridiculous, my son is now afraid of the hair salon, and I"m out fifteen dollars. This place is horrible!
