This place is no salon. With the $13 for a child's haircut and no wash unless you request it, this is the worst value. The place is dirty, the toys dirtier (happy meal junk toys) and the staff the most unprofessional, unhappy and never smiling. It needs some upgrading for sure. Super Cuts is a much better place and value.

I was extremely upset by this place. I recently took my three year old into there for a hair cut and they shaved a bald spot into his hair right before our Christmas picture! When it happened I was extremely upset and the hair stylist kept insisting that she could fix it and only made it worse. Then I wasn't comp for the hair cut that was a mess, they said it was against policy. I was livid. So now our family Christmas picture is ridiculous, my son is now afraid of the hair salon, and I"m out fifteen dollars. This place is horrible!
