This place is FANTASTIC! I was a little concerned, since I had a read a few negative reviews. However, since there aren't many kids places, I decided to give it a shot. I was very glad that I ignored the negative reviews and gave it a chance. I brought my two girls, 5 and 3, to get their hair cuts. Their beauticians were Kristyn and Jennifer. Simply put, these women did a fantastic job cutting my little girls' hair. I was totally blown away as to how good a job they did. My girls went in with somewhat long, scraggly hair. They emerged with the two cutest cuts! I was so, so pleased.It just goes to show you that you cannot trust a single bad review. I guess every business has at least one disgruntled customer. Simply put, you cannot go wrong going to this place.The thing that makes it better is that two different women cut my daughters' hair and each beautician did a great job! It wasn't a situation where there is only one good stylist in the the shop. On top of that, several other girls had cute haircuts by other stylists. Bottom line, don't be dissuaded by a single bad review. This place rocks! I'll definitely bring my kids back. Oh yeah, the price is reasonable: $14 for a shampoo, cut, and style. As for Roxanna W (i.e., one of the negative reviewers below), I saw NOTHING that resembled what she described about this place. You talk about a complete fabrication. The place is as clean as any other salon. Yeah, they don't break out brand new toys for every kids who enters, but so what. You are coming to get a haircut, not spend 3 hours playing with toys. And as for the screaming salonists, give me a break. Again, a total fabrication. The people were totally nice. Yeah, the teenage girl manning the register didn't win Disneyland employee of the month, but who cares. She wasn't mean and she surely wasn't staring kids down for playing with toys. Horrible

I was extremely upset by this place. I recently took my three year old into there for a hair cut and they shaved a bald spot into his hair right before our Christmas picture! When it happened I was extremely upset and the hair stylist kept insisting that she could fix it and only made it worse. Then I wasn't comp for the hair cut that was a mess, they said it was against policy. I was livid. So now our family Christmas picture is ridiculous, my son is now afraid of the hair salon, and I"m out fifteen dollars. This place is horrible!
