I have live at this place for 2 years now. This is downtown, of course you are gonna see things that the normal person doesn't like and it is only common sense, it will leak into the apartment complex. The staff work very hard, and i have found them to be fair. I didn't like the rent increase, but i guess thats life. The rent is still cheaper than anywhere else downtown, which is why it's affordable housing, hence, all the paperwork. You have to do it when you move in and every year after that and if your not hiding anything, it's easy!!! There are pests in this world, i know its hard for some people to grasp that fact. I had to wait over a year for a parking spot, but i understand why. If they don't have it, they can't give it. Over all, i give this place a 9 out of 10.

this place is bad the people living here are horrible the staff lies to you every chance they get they lie to everyone that walks threw the door about price about how much you can make on how much you will pay the entire staff lies and the manager ha he is the worst they are very polite and nice because i think they know how bad they are ripping you off any place you rent please get everything in writting and read every word befour signing anything take my advice read everything and get everything in writting and dont be afraid when looking at a place to closely examine everything turn lights on and off flush the toliet whatever your about to pay these people and live there till the lease is up so dont be afraid to walk around the whole unit or complex go get a cup of coffee and sit with the people there dont be afraid to because you will regret it later if i knew how bad this place is i would of never moved in the first review is right its full of insects crazy people and addicts drunks walk around with there beers in hand in the complex homeless everywhere in and outside the building there is all these flies everywhere and the staff dont care they think i will just be nice and people wont say anything the area is horrible and run down there is rehab places down the street like 4 of them actualy when you walk down the sidewalk you encounter a wall of flies and a urine smell so please pretend your an investigator and investigate your next living place yourself dont listen to people like me because i could be lieing thank you for reading and good luck do not move here you can find somewhere better at night the prostitutes and thugs are taking there corners and homeless people sleeping on the sidewalks i am serious see for your self

Why do you need one hundred words I searched for appartments in San Diego and the results came back with not a single place in San Diego. I remebered this place from walking down town. the nearby list is correct there are resturants real close. theres the hot dog place, 7-11, real nice mexican restaurant I liked the breakfast the most. as for the rest not so near but not too far away either I could easilly walk to them. The closest grocery store was albertsons witch is nice I have a card for that I usually don't have time for coupons. So thankyou for mentioning the nearby. Maybe you should include close to Trolley its what makes me take another look. Most places say close to buses though.
