The Synegie Cellulite treatment is amaizing, I just started 3 weeks ago and I can already see a difference, its a vacuum massage for 30 minutes and then you go to the infrared sauna for 20-30 minutes to detox. The massage is very relaxing, it does not hurt. You have to go 2 times a week for 8 weeks. I am so excited to see the results.
Pros: Very nice, clean and quiet and it has a parking lot

This spa came highly recommended to us. Our hometown is Detroit. My husband and I had unbelievable massages....it was just what we needed to prepare for a 6 day conference. I also had a mung bean body wrap that left my skin feeling as soft as a newborn baby. The parafin wax treatment softened and deep moisturized my hands and feet plus it was very relaxing. The owner, Flor, is very friendly, and the therapists very professional and experienced. Dancing Heart Spa is a clean, warm, and cozy retreat from the hectic pace of the world.....treat yourself!! We will definitely be back .

I received a gift certificate for a 60 minute Fusion massage and it was wonderful, Amy the therapist was very nice and you can tell that she has lots of experience, they customize the massage to your needs, I will come back.

I went to the Dancing Heart Spa simply for a facial and came out feeling refreshed, relaxed and renewed. Flor, the owner, was very hospitable and friendly, as were a couple of the other therapists on site that day. The spa is very clean, has a refreshing fragrance, and it was very relaxing enjoying a cup of healthy herbal tea before beginning the facial. The pumpkin facial was "great" but I also had an "Oxygen Treatment" that made my face feel totally renewed. I can hardly wait to get back to the spa for another facial and perhaps more. Give Dancing Heart Spa a try and you won't regret the decision.

My first time in this little, quiet and charming Spa, I had a Frangipani facial and they gave me a complimentary Oxygen plus C treatment and it was incredible!. Very nice and clean, great energy. I will defenetly come back and try a body treatment.
Pros: Lots of services to choose from
Cons: small parking lot

I was attracted to this spa a couple of years ago, when I was looking for one with the right products and atmosphere. Their website is at: dancingheartspa dot com This hidden spa is within walking distance of Balboa Park on the eastern border of Hillcrest. It has three treatment rooms, a quaint bathroom, shower, and an area beside the back waiting room where the steam cabinet is. A mini-water fountain in the waiting room invites you to relax. And they serve water or hot tea to help you unwind before your treatment. I've met the owners, Meg and Liza, and I appreciate their philosophy when it comes to the healing arts. Their staff are also friendly and welcoming and listen to your needs before starting therapy.

Cons: parking is limited (5 or 6 spots), smaller treatment rooms but not cramped
