Perched on a hill overlooking Moonlight State Beach, this Japanese restaurant has a dining room that features vaulted ceilings, wood paneling, and fish tanks along the walls. At tables topped with vases of delicate flowers, couples and small groups select from a menu that includes Chilean seabass, prime rib and sushi rolls like the Moonlight Special: soft-shell crab and asparagus served with cilantro sauce.Finish with a dish of ginger or plum wine ice cream.

Delish Sushi!

My Fiance lives in San Diego, and every time I come out to visit I make him take me to Tomiko.

It is by far one of the best sushi restaurants I have been too, and I am from the NYC!

Also, the service is great... We always have the best experience each time we go!

• Pros: Excellent Sushi, Sashimi, Hand Rolls...
• Cons: Lighting was a little too dark for me!
